South Shields Tri Award Winning Go Tri Series Returns

After a break due to the ongoing Global Pandemic South Shields Tri's Go Tri Series returned on the 30th June. It was run under BTF covid regulations at Brinkburn CIO.

30 People turned up for the event with some first timers, some returning who have competed before and some just turning up to have fun. We cater for all abilities at our Go Tri events.

A Lovely June evening greeted the athletes. The Juniors went off first followed by the adults who completed various discipline from Swim-Bike-Run to Swim-Run.

It was great to be back hosting events again but none of these events could happen without amazing support from our members who give up their time to marshal and help set up the event site. Special shout out to Grant and Sarah Bezuidenhout who got this event up and running despite the covid restrictions.
