As the multisport season continues Harrogate Tri Club Host a Pool Sprint Triathlon. The weather in the north east and pretty much most of the UK has been very up and down but mostly with windy and rainy conditions. That weather greeted Gary, Mel and Michelle in Harrogate, what do they say character building weather. They toughed it out and did well to complete the event in awful conditions.
Michelle while on holiday in the Philippines competed in a 10km event which ran at 3am in the morning due to the heat.
That was a busy month from the end of March to the end of April.
